Target Home Shopping Finds
I have a few favorite stores when I shop for clients and for my own home. First and foremost is Homegoods, TJMaxx and Marshalls and occasionally Homesense. I always peek in the home section when I am in any of these stores shopping for clothes/shoes etc. You never know what you'll find! What I love about these stores is the thrill of the hunt. You truly never know what you'll find. I have found some really unique fun pieces that have been the stand out pieces in a room design. You have to get lucky and you have to like the search. A lot of people feel overwhelmed by these stores. I love them! So if you're looking for a room design that isn't cookie cutter reach out to me- I can help you refresh your space!
After searching for unique finds at all the TJX stores I will then head to Target. I can often find some unique decor items, lamps and pillows here to finish out a room if I haven't found what I need at Homegoods. Particularly love the Studio McGee and the Magnolia Hearth and Hand home decor sections along with pillows and blankets. Some stores are better stocked up than others and some are inherently neater than others. Find your local store that is best in this regard. It is worth the trip to not deal with the mess or depleted shelves when you are looking for something you know you want. Also ordering ahead and picking up is great! I often do that with items I know I need that are in high demand and then shop the rest of the store to finish a room design. Go in with a list of what you need-it is very easy to get distracted! I almost always throw a few groceries in my cart while I'm there just to save myself another stop. Gotta love the convenience factor!
Here are a few things from Target that I've been loving lately that would add a little spring vibe into anyone's home. Perfect for Easter and Summer too! They would work in most rooms from living room, bedroom, to foyer, bathroom, etc....so many fun finds! The candle holders would be perfect with the battery operated candles we found on Amazon too!
