When we are at the lake in the spring, summer, fall we do almost all of our cooking outdoors. Especially if we have friends over. The added bonus is we get to enjoy the view of the lake while cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner! We found the key to cooking outside is the blackstone griddle. I am constantly sharing it with friends, family, renters and other bloggers or VRBO hosts. Such a great add on for families that like to entertain, for vacation homes, and a gift for people who love to cook and be outside.
Breakfast usually starts with bacon or sausages, blueberry, chocolate chip and plain pancakes, sometimes biscuits and gravy and often eggs of any kind.
